At the time of writing this blog post we are amidst uncertain times with the Coronavirus outbreak which has been felt globally, not just on out lovely little island we call home. In light of this I am happy to help my colleagues where needed in filming etc but I also wanted to help by featuring some of the amazing talent that I have encountered throughout my years as a wedding videographer.

I have been fortunate to work with some of the countries best wedding suppliers and as such i credit them all for making me a better wedding videographer. Whilst it would be silly of me from a business perspective to promote other videogrpahers I need to start with one of my closest friends of all time, Wayne from Green Biscuit Studios.

I began my career as a North East based wedding videographer by completing a BA (hons) degree in Television Production but did not start my career in the industry until about 2010 (i didn’t want to move away and started a different career path) Fortunately, In around 2010 My closest friend Wayne, started Green Biscuit Studio and I started to help by going to weddings with him, carrying stuff and just being company for him (occasionally donning the camera too ). I credit him with giving me my very first taste into the business many years ago now because of this. I learned a lot from attending weddings with him in terms of how a wedding day runs and interacting with the various people involved from the couples themselves to all the staff at the venue. This inside knowledge allowed me to hit the ground running when i started my own business as i already knew what to expect and was not nervous about what i was going to encounter as i could plan for this now.

We have both developed our own styles and I, even to this day am continuing to learn, experiment and explore in my content in order to better myself and my business (im sure Wayne is too as thats what makes him so good, staying ahead of the trend and providing the very best in video.

I can honestly say he is one of the best in the business and you really do get an incredible service from him.

Whilst Green Biscuit Studio are among the best there is there are other suppliers who are also great but again for obvious reasons I won’t be going into others however I felt I needed to credit my friend for the above and urge anyone to check out Green Biscuit Studio.

Should they not be within your budget or not quite your style then come to me, ill happily take second place (Disclaimer: This does not mean i think im the 2nd best wedding videographer there is - I do think im good though and more importantly, and fortunately so do my couples)

SO now i’ve just made you check out a rival videographer, lol, If you’re back with me than thank you and if not then you cant go wrong with Wayne and you have made an excellent choice. Moving forward I am going to credit the many amazing suppliers I have worked with as I feel this is both a good way to help couples get the best form their wedding day, but to also acknowledge some of the brilliance I have encountered through my career.
